The instrument adopts the compensation method to measure D.C potential or D.C voltage. There are two options for selection, one ordinary type and the other is battary powered type. The ordinary type includes electronic galvanometer and standard battery (1.01860V reference power supply), it can work when been power on. The battary powered type must equip with galvanometer, standard battery and stabilized power supply.
