This apparatus consists of an integrating sphere, optical power meter and spectrometer. It is mainly used to measure divergent or large spot laser beam’s power and spectrum. Optical power range is 100nW-10W. Wavelength range is 200nm-1100nm. Spectral resolution is 0.1nm-1nm.
Inside the integrating sphere is coated with a layer of highly reflective material. The incident light enter the sphere, then after several diffuse, finally uniformly distributed throughout the sphere. Depending on the open hole’s position, there’re several baffles to prevent laser directly shine on the detector in the sphere. This structure ensures the light on the detector is uniform, and make the measurement more accurate. We also provide customized design according to different type of light source and detectors.
